President of ReThink & LEAD, she has been supporting the emergence of innovative managerial practices for 20 years, both through her work with leaders of major French and international companies and through her writings, conferences, and the meetings she organizes between leaders of responsible change. Her unique cross-company coaching programs break down silos and open the doors to new possibilities, helping companies evolve more agilely and securely, while engaging all teams in collective effort.

After starting her career in marketing, sales, and then consulting within large companies, Paule Boffa-Comby chose to support leaders, teams, and organizations in fostering the emergence of new solutions through the mobilization of collective intelligence (greater than the sum of individual intelligences).

 

She is the author of several books and numerous articles, as well as columns and opinion pieces in Les Echos Business, Courrier Cadres, L'Express, and more.

She has been a member of the board of the Managerial Innovation Commission at Medef and a speaker in the eMBA program at EMLyon Business School.  

She has been a coach since 2000.
